The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins - ‘Crash & Win’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) for Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operator(s)”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 6th of March 2024 to 5thof March 2025 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s crash games (the “Participating Games ”).
By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered into between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. The Participating Games’ in-game rules are applicable, and these terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with such rules.
Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined, shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

Crash & Win – General terms and conditions:

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play and the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt into this Network Promotion.
• The Network Promotion comprises of three hundred and sixty-four (364) daily prize drops (each a “Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term.
• To participate in any Daily Prize Drops, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.
• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is R$ 1 500 000.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.
• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below.
• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

MECHANICS

• The Network Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop (each a “Promotions Day”).
• In order to be eligible to participate in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum R$ 0,75 or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
• Only the first eight hundred (800) Qualifying Bets per day within each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop.
• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.
• The random Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Games.
• Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.
• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops in each Daily Prize Drop Day.
• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

How players may participate in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop:

1. A player must join or opt in in any of the Participating Games.
2. A player must place a Qualifying Bet on any Participating Game(s) in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop.
3. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the Participating Games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop period.

NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: Including Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops:
• To be eligible to participate in the Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops, a player shall be required to play a Qualifying Bet under the following conditions:
• All spins made with a real money bet meeting the required minimum bet amount on the participating game(s) will be considered as a Qualifying Bet and will take part in Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops.
• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop period.

By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set outin the Software Licence Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. Mega Wheel Madness – General terms and conditions:

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in this Network Promotion.
• The Network Promotion comprises of three hundred and twelve (312) daily prize drops (each a “Mega Wheel Prize Drop”) and a total of fifty-two (52) one-day long tournaments (each a “Friday Mega Tournament”) which will run weekly exclusively on Mega Wheel (the “Participating Game*”) throughout the Network Promotion Term, as it follows:

Every Mega Wheel Prize Drop will run from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the next Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except every Friday of the Promotional Term during the Friday Mega Tournament schedule.
Every Friday Mega Tournament will run every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Term.

*The Participating Game is subjected to change during the Promotion Term.
• To participate in any Mega Wheel Prize Drops and/or Friday Mega Tournament, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.
• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is R$ 5 000 00.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Mega Wheel Prize Drop and/or Friday Mega Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.

• Any Mega Wheel Prize Drop and Friday Mega Tournament will be referred to individually as a “Promotion”.
• In order to be eligible to participate in a Promotion, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum R$ 1 or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
• Only the first three hundred and fifty (350) Qualifying Bets per day within each Promotion (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.
• The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Game.
• Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.
• Players may win prizes according to the mechanics described below:

Mega Wheel Prize Drops Mechanics:

• To qualify in a Mega Wheel Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet (as defined above) on the Participating Game.
• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.
• A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.
• The random Mega Wheel Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
• The Mega Wheel Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

How players may participate in a Mega Wheel Prize Drop:

1. A player must join or opt-in to the Mega Wheel Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.
2. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Wheel Prize Drop period.
3. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.
Friday Mega Tournament Mechanics:
• To qualify in a Friday Mega Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet (as defined above) on the Participating Game.
• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Friday Mega Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of
points accumulated on the Participating Game as a to wins multiplier to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.
Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Score = ((Win*USD conversion) / (bet*USD conversion))
Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Score = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 *1.08)) = 50
Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = ((€1,000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200
Player final score will be 200 + 50 = 250
• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.
• In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Daily Tournament on the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.

How players may participate in a Friday Mega Tournament:

1. A player must join/opt-in to the Participating Game.
2. To qualify in a Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with the required minimum bet in any of the available currencies on the Participating Game.
3. A player will rank on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the all wins multiplier to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.
4. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Friday Mega Tournament.
5. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs.

NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: Including Mega Wheel Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments:
• To be eligible to participate in the Mega Wheel Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet under the following conditions:
• All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will take part be eligible in the Mega Wheel Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments.
• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for both applicable Friday Mega Tournaments and Mega Wheel Prize Drops simultaneously.
• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Wheel Prize Drop period.
